Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Liikuntarajoitteisen oli hyvä tulla hotelliin ja kulkea siellä. Aamiainen ja illallinen olivat erinomaiset ja maukkaat sekä monipuoliset. Hotellin baarista sai hyvät drinkit hyvään hintaan.
