We had a fantastic little stay in the countryside at this lovely hotel. Lots of space to unwind after a day of hiking the Camino. Ana was a super host who took care of our needs and transported us back to the trail in the morning as Villecema is 4km off the Camino path. This quiet town and the relaxing garden at the hotel are lovely escape.

Nice room and a good breakfast included. No dinner facilities in a town that had nothing else. Owner drove us into Mansilla de las Mulas for an ok dinner. We did not particularly like the main town so we’re glad to stay 3 k away.

This was unexpectedly one of the best stays on the Camino! The room is VERY clean and the bathroom is sparkling and smells lightly of bleach. There’s every amenity in the room and there’s a 24hr cafeteria downstairs but it was still quiet for sleeping. The heating in the room WORKS! It’s a blessing on a cold night. The ladies at the cafe counter check you in and they are so friendly and welcoming. A must stay!
