Perfect place to stay with small kids, from 0 to 7 yo i think, we went with out 2.5 yo and she had a blast, besides we enjoyed it as well, as it was easy fir us to entertain her and be entertained ourselves)) the whole place is perfectly planned - quite spacious to have several pools, playgrounds, big restaurant and bars, but not too big, to get tired with a small kid, accessible for the strollers everywhere, quite green.
The best of all was the room (we had suite), it was like a small apartment with separate bedroom and leaving room, both had tvs, also there was separate wardrobe room. The balcony was spacious
Food was quite ok, there was always a choice of healthy options as well as deep fried and sweet. Drinks were quite ok too, drinkable, not a great wine or juice, but ok to relax, cocktails had terrible colors, never tried them)) if you prefer quality spirits it’s better to take upgraded option for 14€/day.
Ahh, and the entertainment team was trying superhard to entertain, the kidd were happy with disco and a Panchi shark))
There is also a adult-only part of the hotel, but it’s quite reduced, I wouldn’t go there.

The apartment was clean, had a kitchen area, comfy twin beds, air conditioning and a small patio. It was quiet with little neighbour noise. The beach was a 5 minute walk and so were the shops and restaurants. I made our breakfast every day and we bought take away meals to microwave. The supermarkets were well stocked with tea, coffee, beer, bread and water. In March we got afternoon sun and saw beautiful sunsets. It was OK for a last minute getaway.
Las Barcas’ peaceful garden has direct access to Gran Canaria’s Las Burras Beach. It offers modern, air-conditioned apartments with a private balcony, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV.

San Augustin is right on 2 beautiful beaches & not so crowded. I stayed at Corallium by Lopssan & this was a hotel right on the beach. Excellent hotel The whole area was quiet with good restaurants & small supermarkets too. I would recommend this place in the south of Grand Canary as the other beaches are very crowded. Good swim beach & very safe too

Away from the crowded / built-up centre of Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas. It has all the amenities without the hustle and bustle.
Excellent restaurants and a great beach.
You can stroll or run on the promenade. Or walk around a curvy coastline overlooking the sea.

Not a huge number of great independent restaurants (many as part of hotel) & unlike spain generally they don’t open late (hotels restaurants closed at 9)which caught us out 1 night . Nice one at far end of San Agustin past Corallium Beach hotel under los balcones had good food excellent fish, paella langostines etc . Coupe of places to get wide choices of ice cream. Easy to get to supermarkets, 3 within 4 min walk.
Is a shopping centre with touristy / sone clothes type shops. Quiet area or was at Easter. Plenty of room on beach. 27 degrees so very nice weather. Good beach facilities board walk close to waters edge, taps to wash feet etc.
Great promenade walk way all the way to Maspalomas dunes (5km ish)
Buses are excellent & regular. 1 euro 40 to get to Maspalomas lighthouse / dunes. Plays del Ingres etc so lot in east reach. Bus also goes to capital but get the direct one think number 30 not the others as go everywhere!

The beachfront is really nice and access to a 15k beach walk easy. The cliff walk is fabulous. The town is very quiet but I like it for that reason. It has a shopping centre, restaurants, car hire, beauty shops etc etc. Nothing amazing but perfectly fine. No nightlife though, other than a few bars. But everything you need in terms of excitement is only a cheap taxi ride away in Playa del Ingles!
Very good position in San Agustin, about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nicely appointed. Very clean. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious on the ground floor with a balcony area and an area at the front with sun beds.
Good self catering facilities - onen grill 2 hot plates, kettle, toaster, pots pans etc. , fridge freezer etc.Good WiFi in lounge, Tv with English channels. Good hot water. Shops restaurants a few minutes walk away. Friendly service. Nice small pool with sun beds.
The apartment was better than we expected by many ways. The whole wall towards the sea is completely glass and has two nice terraces, the location of the flat is the best in the whole building on the top floor, the furniture is very tasteful and colourful, the internet connection is very fast and both the flat and the area in San Agustin are very silent and peaceful. The landlord Carl is very friendly and service oriented.
Our first trip to Gran Canaria exceeded our expectations. As soon as we crossed the threshold of the hotel, we realized that the choice of hotel was ideal. Warm welcome, amazing staff (mostly Elio), cleanliness, location…
We have visited many countries, stayed in various hotels, but never felt such a sincere and individual approach to the customer by the staff. This is the strong point of this hotel.
All the rooms had sea view apart from ground floor. Rooms are really big. They give you everything so you can cook with. The balcony is lovely too, you can see the sea and watch the sun. Lovely spa area. There’s a beautiful rock beach five minutes walk away, turn left outside the hotel, it is so lovely and quiet and nice to watch sunset in the morning. The hotel have a mini supermarket.
The best all inclusive 5* hotel I have stayed in
The suite was amazing v efficiently maintained and the facilities and service were above exceptional
It was made by the quality and attitude of the staff ( who never stopped smiling! )
I recommend upgrading to the Retreat for adult only environment
In particular Niccolo and Jonny were stand out characters
We liked everything. We are usually in 4 or 5 star hotels and dared this one after a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Also the guests were really well behaved, no pool chair reservations.
Maybe the cocktails could need a little upgrade but the beer and gin tonic etc was great. Food was yummy too! Never knew there are so many ways to cook rice :)
The hotel is well located in quiet area with a few bars and restaurants about access is easy both for public transport to other resorts and airport. Almost all rooms dace south with balcony. Pool are fiine and breakfast was well laid out. Best bit is tie up with onsite restaurant for half borad in a set menu absolute bargain and great quality
The hotel was just from a 10 minute walk from the beach and you had also the option to go by bus. The hotel is very modern, with comfortable rooms. The food was really delicious and fresh. The stuff was very kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to serve you. Entertainment is part of the services, live music every night. I can recommend it.
The hotel was amazing from all kinds of aspects. The staff we're friendly, helpful and informative! I really liked having a mini supermarket in the lobby!. The rooms were clean and so comforting! The view of the mountains was exceptional!
If I ever go again to Canaria, Monte Feliz will be my choice again!
Location is perfect. Nice promenade to walk for hours. Right on the beach. But also, hotel have 2 pools ( smaller one heated). I enjoy my sea view room and sound of the waves during the night. Food is great. People smiling and helpfull. Also, across the street shops.....and weather is great.
Very very friendly staff which helped us very well. They greeted us every morning and made us feel at home.
Good family hotel with lots of kids facilities and fun playgrounds
Large offer of foods and quality was good (not excellent)
Very clean rooms, restaurant, reception
Everything is perfect at Sunsuites Carolina. This was our 4th visit and as usual the holiday in San Agustin was excellent. All the staff were welcoming and as usual made the stay even more enjoyable.
Stunning sea view beach place with all that you need for a perfect stay. The property management is responsive to your needs. We went to San Agustin 3 times already.
I love the little bar near the swimming pool, nice, cinema outside also. Very good breakfast, very complete. Nice place.
Lot of restaurant near the hotel.
