This was a great all inclusive hotel for families, as the facilities were really great for small children. My child loved the multiple pools, there were events going on during the day, and everything was within a small area. They also had playgrounds, and bikes, and really had all you needed to enjoy a trip with children.

Materials are incredible and feel luxurious. The layout of the grounds and villa setting give a feeling of relax and freedom. It is very private. I have been to multiple properties and this fits nicely into my list of favourites. 10 minutes to the beach and town. There are very nice cycling and running routes nearby, and the drive to the mountains for bigger rides is not very far. In a short walking distance from the property there are two small supermarkets (Spar and Bipbip) and a very nice little cafe, too. The coast is just a short drive/cycling distance. The property has two bathrooms, which is very comfortable. The entry room is big enough to put the bikes in. And the balcony is very nice!AsafGermany

The outside kitchen area is perfect and the swimming pool refreshing. The reception of Joana was very welcoming, she even proactively bought us some food because we arrived after supermarket opening hours. The Panderosa beach club is a ten minute drive and highly recommended. Alcúdia beach is 20 minutes and very child friendly.

There is a washing machine with a dryer, they make it very convenient for keeping your clothes clean and fresh. There is a supermarket within 2 min of walking distance, the owners are also living close by in case you need support or help. There is a horse riding school and an aloe vera farm near by so the children can have a good time when you are not going to the beaches.

Maria the host was very friendly and checked we arrived ok and had everything we needed. We also found a number of drinks and snacks in the house when we arrived which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend staying in this property. Thank you again Maria, we enjoyed our holiday very much.

Close to the town Santa Margalida, where many "locals"/Spanish people stay. Joana and her Family are very nice. Also the washing machine was very useful during our stay, as we travelled light.

Also you can find fig trees in the large garden the air conditioning works and all windows have mosquito nets. Slept very well - an average of 10 hours in my first 4 days there.
