The bbq facilities were great, as we don’t have access to that regularly we took advantage of it. The huge garden was also very nice for our dog and child to run around. There are lots of trees growing which will soon give more shade. The house itself is large and quiet.

The place is filled with locals such as hunters and some fool in the warehouse next door had his hunting dog barking, on a chain, at 7:30 am. It's the hotels job to regulate this but I get the feeling it's normal and nothing will be done.
