Quiet room. Easy room/building access through codes provided so never met the staff but communication around access codes was good. Used the correos luggage transfer service and this worked well. Room and linen was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in shower. Towels provided. Small toiletries kit provided (with soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb). Had a hair dryer. Spare blanket provided in wardrobe. TV had some channels in English. Hallway had a small vending machine with some lollies and cans of soda that can be purchased. They also provided a bottle of water and a pastry (corbata which is famous from Unquera) in the room which was nice of them to do. Wifi was good. Location easy for Camino del Norte. Note: Colombres is a small town (but it does have at least 2 restaurants)

A beautiful village surrounded by forests and great for a short holiday. A number of stay-in places. A good restaurant, La Gloria in the centre. On the path to Santiago de Compostella. Be careful to select the best path from the highway, if you use one.

Serdio is not a very beautiful village.
Serdio is not a very beautiful village. But the big advantage is: it is quiet and it is close to the motorway, San Vincente de la Barquera, beaches. So in the evening and night it is quiet. And when you want to go do some things Serdio is a great place to start the journey. And the local restaurant was surprisingly good.
