This is a repeat booking. Touring on a motorbike I've stayed at the hotel a number of times, its location makes for an ideal holiday 'feel' after getting off the bustle of the ferry. Balcony views, free filtered water and helpful staff. Remote from the town centre it's a fairly secure venue for parking a motorbike. Eateries, bars and supermarkets all within a 5 min walk and of course the excellent beach. Good , if pricey breakfast.
Situated next to Santander’s famous Sardinero Beach, this modern hotel offers wonderful views of the Cantabrian Sea. Free Wi-Fi, a minibar and satellite TV are included in each stylish room.

Everything. Rooms lovely clean and comfortable.
The reception staff so very kind and helpful.
Location just perfect. Close to beach and restaurants
Excellent family owned hotel superbly located in the village. Greeting letter in English. Nice touch. Lovely room with balcony overlooking extensive well cared for garden. Safe parking on site. Excellent continental style breakfast. Comfortable public areas. Lovely old building full of character. Spotlessly clean which is very impressive considering all the old beams and nooks and crannies.
The room was clean and more spacious than expected. There was an impressive amount of bathroom supplies (soap, shower gel, shampoo) that we found quite useful.
The patio was nice and the hotel was located near many attractions, such as beautiful beaches and the beautiful city of Bilbao.
The parking lot was big and the fact that they were pet friendly really helped us enjoy our stay.
Lovely hotel with lots of charm and the owner was friendly and welcoming. The room was large and the en suite had a fabulous shower and everything was very clean. It's in a small but very pretty village but unfortunately all the local restaurants were shut on the night we stayed so had to travel out to find a restaurant as the hotel only did breakfast.
"We stayed at the hotel during the low season, and it seemed like there was no one else staying there besides us. We stayed in a room on the first floor, and we could hear the owner walking up and down the stairs. It didn't bother us too much, but it could be a bit of a disturbance during the high season. Gloria was very welcoming and friendly."
We book at Posada de Suesa for one night, but this is definitely a place where you should stay longer than that as there is much to see and visit around. Moreover, room was quite comfortable and perfect for a family with two kids like us, breakfast was fine, garden invites to relax outside and parking is easy and safe.
Beautiful location outside the city with a great garden and beautiful plants on the house. Very rustic and charming as an old house can be. The family running the hotel is very friendly and attentive to your needs.
