Great resort! The common areas are in great condition and everything looks fresh. The room is very big and confortable, although it is a little bit old it still feels luxurious. The bathroom is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are a lot of public spots near the hotel. There is no queue for the breakfast if you go before 9. Liked the heated pool. Alcala is a nice village, you can access the promenade directly from the hotel and there are some beaches and natural pools. I recommend the restaurants outside the hotel: Sauco, B on The Rocks and Muelle Viejo.

Breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The resort was gorgeous. I loved how the kid's pool area was near another family-friendly pool, but if adults wanted their own pool time - they had options too.
