This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Lapland were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights of our room was the private sauna—it was absolutely amazing and added a unique touch to our relaxation time. I highly recommend booking a room with a sauna for a truly different kind of experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is in a wonderful, easily walkable neighborhood and close to many bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and much larger than most rooms in Europe. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They even knew that our plane left very early and made to-go breakfast bags for us. Whoever is in charge of hiring their front desk staff is doing a great job! We will definitely chose this hotel again when we return to Helsinki.
