Everything. The property was beautiful and close to the lovely historical town of Confolens. Amanda and Kevin were excellent hosts being both friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and had a beautiful view over the River Vienne. A delicious continental breakfast was provided.
We would definitely return to 13Bees if we were in the area again. Excellent. Perfect.

This is a newly opened accommodation, once the word gets out will be in high demand. A little oasis with wonderful view of old town. Debbie the owner put her heart and soul into this place, from decor to special touches. We were able to park our bicycles in her garage. The rooms with shared bathroom ( separate toilet) are nicely decorated , beautiful linens on the bed and millions dollar view. Breakfast was a tasty spread of quality cheeses, cereals, yoghurt and preserves, juice, fresh breads, croissants and fresh fruit and coffee.
You can’t get a view like that without a bit of a climb but sooo worth the effort. It is near shops , restaurants, bars and lively plaza.
Oh and there is a lovely patio sitting area with flowers and grape arbor. Any guest who scores this lovely place is lucky indeed. Thank you Debbie you are an amazing host and made our stay so enjoyable.
