Stay elsewhere if you are intending to visit Annecy or other attractions in the area. It's a business park area. Good location for the trucker, salesperson or any person in business. But not ideal for the happy traveller.

We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working.
