We had an extraordinary experience at this beautiful chateau. The staff is excellent: courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was in the turret of one of the towers and was gorgeous. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, and a choice of great wines. We regret that we could only stay one night, because it is well worth a long visit to the chateau and the surrounding area. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful time, Highly recommended!

The staff are amazing, especially the reception staff like Kathryn, but also the dinner staff in the restaurant. Food in restaurant was delicious and staff were very welcoming and accommodating to us and our kids. The grounds are quite impressive, but I think a forest would have been better than the golf course, which in my view is the best way to ruin a good walk in mother nature. Did i mention the pool is heated!!! So joyous and indulgent and yet painfully eco-unfriendly. Then again, this is a chateau, excess is norm.

Madame was super helpfull, we arrived later than anticipated but all was good. Beautiful place, nice rural location. Room for car with car trailer (including turning around). Nifty older building. Locked courtyard in which I could store my bicycle. My room had wooden beams and a view up to the cathedral. The location was in the old part of this incredibly picturesque walled town and within a few minutes I could visit the cathedral and see the town walls. Many restaurants and bars and stores were within a 10 minute walk. Excellent breakfast was lots of choice including boiled eggs and a couple local cheeses.

Lovely property in a beautiful area alongside the canal. Great views, lots of walking and very peaceful. The owners are extremely nice people and offer excellent service.
