The staff were amazing. My car broke down in their carpark and had to stay several extra nights while it was being fixed. Staff were incredibly accommodating and Carine, Amine and Marius were particularly brilliant. They understood the stressful situation I was in and made feel very welcome throughout. the hotel is very central and right next to a metro stop. just 2 stops from the old town and 3 stops from Rouen Rive Droit train station. and it’s very quiet for being literally right next to the Metro. the staff are friendly and helpful.

the size of the room, above the other budget hotels. clean,quiet,warm. large bathroom. the reception was closed, but very nice english speaking little lady, came from the reception of "the originals access" and helped me out with everything.
