What people don't necessarily know is that the restaurant in Hotel les Bains is wonderful, reasonably priced for an outstanding quality. Call the owner and ask for a room with breakfast and dinner included. The chef will treat you with fabulously fresh and creative food and give you advice for the wine to choose. Due to Covid breakfast is currently downsized to baguette, croissant, juice, delicious coffee, marmelade and butter of course. I love continental breakfast but quickly got used to it again.
