És molt cèntric i fàcil d'arribar. El gran arbre de davant l'apartement dóna una gran sensació de frescor. Per la nit no deixen passar cotxes i el silenci del carrer és total i et permet dormir amb les finestres obertes. Els divendres hi ha mercat als carrers d'a prop i et permet comprar menjar i productes locals. El barri és molt net i molt ben il·luminat per la nit i en cap moment he tingut sensació de inseguretat, al contrari.
