Peacful Pastoral surroundings looking up at Castelnau-de-Montmiral. Felt like I was staying with family. Reading my book by the pool while knowing many medieval towns and unesco sites were minutes away to explore. Make sure you splurge for the table d'hote; my favorite part of my stay. Can't recommend this ideal place enough.

Beautiful property, relaxing stay in the countryside.
We arrived late, tired and starving. Nadine and her husband were really welcoming, showed us our rooms and book a restaurant nearby for us.
We enjoyed everything, breakfast was fabulous and Nadine is such a nice person to talk too. Even our 2 teenagers made it to breakfast, everything was fresh, homemade and yummy!
Rooms were really confortable, spotless and quiet.
We loved our stay!

Beautiful place, with so much ambience. The photos don’t do the place justice! The hosts are absolute artistes. The room has everything you need. The showers, that were so good we thought they were newly installed, were perfect for my mom and I. Good wifi. Surrounded by amaaaazing nature BUT perfect base for exploring Cord du Ciel, Albi, and Gaillac (which we did). So glad we chose to stay here and not in those towns or anywhere else.

This place exceeded our expectations. We love the old farmhouse and the little appartment that we rented. Breakfast was excellent, we could choose in advance. Very good quality. The hosts very really friendly. It was obvious that they live their job.

Wonderful area, lovely old town, location perfect and close...
Wonderful area, lovely old town, location perfect and close to the citadel town of Puycelsi, the main reason for my visit, and other touristic places of interest. Close to many vineyards and pretty little towns, the area was beautiful. Scenic routes, driving relaxed and easy on good roads. So much to see and do. The main street into town has a garage, grocery store, pizzeria and large chemist. The old town is picturesque with much to see and photograph.

Wow, what an amazing place. A beautifully appointed lodge, crisp clean linen, beautiful separate shower, wonderful pool with the best views over the countryside and Castelnau-de-Montmiral. We had a great table d’hote with such welcoming and joyful hosts and friendly guests!!! We all loved it. Dominique made every effort to make sure our stay was great- thank you. And the breakfasts were superb, we love the fresh chocolatines, croissants and the home made jams. Thank you you for such a lovely stay! x
Situated in a stunning village.
The proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful on our arrival. We stayed in room number 24 which overlooked the square which was lovely, the view in the morning was gorgeous.
The communal areas of the hotel were lovely and the swimming pool looked inviting after a long days travelling ! The private patio was large and had plenty of chairs to choose from.
Beautiful hotel, full of character. Twin room was spacious and comfortable and had an air conditioning unit which was really appreciated. Host was helpful and charming and the breakfast was excellent. Only downside is that all of the restaurants and the only supermarket in the village are shut on Mondays. There is a small pizzeria just outside of the village.

This centrally located hotel has a very pretty garden in which to have breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. We were lucky enough to find free local parking. The hotel is set on a small square which is made up of attractive traditional buildings. The furnishing were very nice and in keeping with the age of the building.
A gem of a hotel, fine old building on the small square at the heart of a bastide town. Our room was lovely, elegant, spacious with a fine bathroom, and best of all, it led on to an internal courtyard which was so peaceful and pleasant to sit on. The patron was charming
The room was good. Parking wasn't an issue. We had friends who lived in town, so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. So can't comment on that. The room had a lovely view of the town courtyard/square......... which was unlucky.
Hotel is right in the middle of town. Visited here as part of a cycle tour. Was offered convenient overnight space for bicycle. Beautiful views from both front and rear (!) windows. Friendly and helpful staff.
The location and scenery, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel had a lovely friendly family feeling and the history of the Hotel and town was brilliant.
