The hotel owner is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an excellent location near the water, dinosaur park, sculpture zoo, and downtown. Free parking. Nice ambiance in the lobby. Friendly cat on the property. Rooms were clean (though the carpet is very worn).

Freshly renovated and couldn’t be more convenient. The location is excellent. It is a block from the train station and just a few blocks to the city. The owner was friendly and helpful. The room doesn’t have a fridge, but the owner gave me a pot of milk for my tea. My view was lovely. I’ll definitely go back.
