If you are going for authentic french experience, this is perfect. The room was not like the ones in the photos, but it was very cozy.
We had dinner in the restaurant, great food, great quality and the chef even sliced meat for our dog when we asked for leftovers.

The entire check in process from start to finish was easy, and the staff more than helpful. The food was outstanding and there was a wide variety of drinks from the bar. There was private parking for our bikes and access was easy and available. The room was very well laid out with a nice desk and large closet. I am a super fan of bathtubs and this one was comfy with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. More than anything I have to thank the staff for their great suggestions from the hotel menu to hikes and restaurants. This hotel was well worth the stay and excellent value for money

Everything about this place is wonderful! The room is cosy and has lots of charm. The staff is just simply amazing. They are attentive and very personable. They ensure that you feel more than welcomed. We felt like family staying here! The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The coffee is great! Dinner is a very tasty and relaxing event. There is zero pressure to hurry yet on the spot whenever you need something. The local beer is very good. The local speciality ‘normale’ is just fabulous! They are very dog friendly and children friendly!
Highly recommend staying here, I know we will again soon!

This beautiful and lovely hotel was wonderful. The room was very large. Very comfortable bed and lots of room to store our items. The bathroom was large and it was well appointed, having everything that we needed for our stay. Love the separate toilet area!
The design of the Hotel is so beautiful, very Alsatian! The staff is so wonderful, attending to any need you may have. We were staying close to Westhoffen to see family and this was the perfect place. A 5 minute drive to our family. We only wish that we could have eaten at the restaurant, but did not have time. Would love to return and have a great meal! Looks fantastic! Thank you for a great room, great location and for being so kind and helpful. Also, great garage to park our car!
