Everything thing was very clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Thank you

Le confort de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, le calme.
A few km from the centre of Evreux, easily accessible from the N154 and beside the N13, our hotel is ideally situated between Paris and the sea, both within an hour of us.
Stay away from this hotel. Total nightmare. Rubbish thrown out of all windows, dirty and run-down rooms. It was like a staging post for Africans to get to the UK. Our room, unmade beds, someone slept in there the night. before. The only staff member we saw, couldn't care less. Gave us another room, sink blocked and full of urine. Staff member said he would sort it out in 5 mins. Never saw him again. No one from 4pm (staff) appeared to be in the building. No security, no main door locked at 10pm, car park not locked overnight. Very noisy, dirty, just awful. Couldn't wait to leave. Drug takers in the doorways. Utter nightmare. Never ever again will I use this chain of hotels.

This was nicely between Versailles, Rouen (where properties seemed a lot more expensive) and Giverny (for Monet's Garden) so was a great base for discovering Normandy.
Evreux itself exceeded expectations, with a vibrant restaurant scene, a beautiful cathedral and a tidy and well presented Town Centre. There was a multiplex cinema, theatre and Arts Centre.

We’ve lived in France for quite some time now and stayed in lots of towns and cities in lots of hotels and Évreux is one of the best cities. Fabulous atmosphere day and night, amazing selection of restaurants and cafes and great architecture. Easy to walk around and the river running right through the centre of the town adds a very special touch... get a glass of wine or a cold beer outside the London Pub and watch the folk go by. Perfect!
The place is a beautiful witness of a bit of French history, with surprisingly large rooms, beautiful gardens, swimming pool and horses, and the price is really accessible. Its such a calm place, a few minutes away from Evreux city center (we had our car with us) if you are traveling as a family? You can’t here a noise from next room so if you need a peaceful couples moment you can certainly have it. This place is a must! Merci Philippe pour ton hospitalité, c’était un séjour de rêve.
This was a quiet property with a comfortable bed in a nice area of Evreux, an easy walk from a great panoramic view of the city. The property was clean and generally in good condition, and the crockery and cutlery were of a good standard. The host was very responsive and helpful by whatsapp. The car was parked on the host's drive off the street. Evreux was handy for visiting Versailles, Rouen and Monet's garden at Giverny. IT also had a tidy town centre with an ornate cathedral.
I booked Hôtel de l'Orme in Évreux because the town looked quaint and it was a good overnight stop-off en route from the UK to Portugal. The hotel was an easy walk into the centre of the town so the location was perfect. There was a buffet breakfast with a good selection of hams, cheeses, pastries, cereal etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel is well located, Evreux is a really lovely town, you can easily walk into the town from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean.
The restaurant was excellent, my wife had Salmon that she claims was the best she had ever had!
Plenty of parking, outside is free and I believe if you use the garage it's 9 Euro's.
Seriously could not fault this hotel. After a 10 hour drive it was a very welcoming, super friendly hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but as it was SO good I needed to. Just a special mention and thank you to the two ladies, one in the evening and one in the morning that were so nice and really helpful.
The Receptionist Mathilde was very helpful and professional when I needed assistance. The restaurant is excellent for a hotel if this type and the restaurant staff and manager are attentive. The rooms are a good size and very clean and modern, the AC works well.
everything you need for a night stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast isn't good enough. But I came to this hotel four years ago, the breakfast was worse. So they are improving fast on breakfast. The price for a family stay one night is really really good.
The room has been completely refreshed and looks brand new. The room is very confortable and clean. The location is perfect you are downtown and can just walk from the hotel. There is a free public parking in front the hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and it was great to take him to the restaurant. All in all a great hotel with nice facilities and lovely staff.
Staff friendly and helpful. Great to have restaurant on site.. Food was very tasty and well priced. All in all, a very good experience at a fair price. Will look for other Brit Hotels next time we are in France.
A twenty minute walk into Evreux which is a lovely town. This hotel is pretty grotty but the beds were comfortable enough and there's a well equipped kitchen. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The staff at the hotel were helpful. They let us check in early and leave our luggage so we could explore. When we got back late, the security guard gave us our room cards.
