Beautiful chateau stay. Our room had a lovely view of the River area. The pool was immaculately clean and when you lay on the lounger, the sound of the River in the back is very relaxing.
The restaurant is very good - we had dinner there and although expensive, was great quality for the price and was definately memorable in the courtyard.
Only 0.6 mi from central Quillan, La Pierre Lys is set in a garden and features a restaurant and a furnished terrace. The medieval village of Rennes-le-Château is a 20-minute drive away.

The owner/proprietress was very helpful and friendly. She went out of the way to make her guests feel welcome, and she ensured their comfort. I wish I had known ahead of my stay that meals were available at the property because restaurant selections were limited in Esperaza. I would definitely stay here again on anther visit to Esperaza. It's within easy walking distance of the town center.
