Very well located - convenient from the motorway and in a super little village. An interesting property and first class service with welcoming receptionists. I'm not sure why, but it was much better than we had expected and for the price we thought it super value for money. We would certainly stay there again, but for a longer time. Good secure parking at the back of the hotel.

Dominique and Karine went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Even driving us into Carcassonne and Trebes as we didn’t have a car, and the taxi prices are high. Thank you so much you lovely ladies. Our stay with you was everything we hoped for, and more. Perfect for the pair of us in need of a weekend of relaxation.

The chambre d'hote was easy to find, and had the wonderful atmosphere of staying in a fine old French house, full of character, attractiveness and calm. Our bedroom was enormous, with beautiful old ceilings and high windows. We arrived in mid-afternoon, hungry, and - although it was outside meal time - our hosts provided us with a wonderful platter of pate, cheese and wine. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We would certainly return.

Overall beautiful place. Nice pool but no shade. Not all rooms feel the same though. Some are great with nice appliances etc and others feel very cramped with slanted ceilings. Not all aircons work. We had to change to another room. They were kind about it.

The people at the Chateau are kind and helpful and gave us much information on the property. The area is lovely and wonderfully quiet.
