Friendly lady at the front desk. We arrived late at night and only spent the night to go to the ferry early the next morning. Very good location, really close to the ferry to Dover and a nice, quiet hotel. We had a nice large and clean family room.

This hotel opened recently (less than a year ago) and everything is still new and up to recent standards. The sea view can be great - but conversely the one from the back of the hotel is really bad, so make sure you secure a room in the front.
