I like the place with quirky houses, it is very unusual. We stayed for one night. We had a bungalow but looking around we will probably book the tree house next time with a hot tub. We arrived at a very rainy day. But this didnt stop girls climbing up and going on zip wire. We hopped to have a dinner at the restaurant they have on the site, but it was not opened on Sunday. But they was making good pizzas on site, so that helps. Breakfast was excellent. and I will recommend it.

Very nice to be in a cool stone building on the hottest day if the year! The ceiling is low in the converted basement but the listing clearly states this sooner didn't mind. My husband is 6 foot 4 and his head was nearly touching the ceiling (maybe 1 cm clearance) So would not recommend for anyone taller than this. However there are no low beams or lower parts of the ceiling to bang heads on, it is a consistent height! Very nice outside patio area. Great value. Friendly host. Food sized for a studio with kitchenette separate from lounge/bedroom.

The most impressive thing about Le Presbytere is the location in the peaceful town of Beauficel. The old vicarage has been renovated in a beautiful antique style, and everything was clean from the moment we made it there until we left. The continental breakfast which was included in our stay was delicious, with the bread being brought fresh from the boulangerie every day. Our hosts Veronique and Richard were very friendly and helpful in finding us things to do in the area. We were sorry that we couldn't spend even more time here!
