The friendly, cheerful welcome by the host, Claudine. The fun time we had chatting with Claudine via her smartphone and the voice translator. This hotel was excellent. The staff, especially Fadwa and Oceane at reception, were very friendly and made a fuss of my dog as soon as we arrived. The parking was great and the room was very clean, too. Our room overlooked the famous Dunkirk beach. Brilliant location.
