Sylvie is an excellent host, everything you need is there. There is also fresh orange juice for day 1 if you need a quick breakfast. Coffee is provided during the stay. There is also a bakery within walking distance. We came for skiing, Syvile not only provided essential guidance but even took us to Meribel one day when we didn't have our car. Sylvie rescued us the night before on New Year's Eve as we missed our last ski lift, we would be stuck in the mountains with no Taxi or bus because of heavy snow. When I offered some money for the lift, she didn't accept! I didn't feel that I was staying in an apartment but rather staying with a helpful local friend. The apartment is self-contained, well equipped with a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom, it was very clean, and comfortable. The sofa can be turned into a sofa bed if required which would comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is also private parking if required. Best host I've ever stayed with!

I like the Ibis Budget brand for nice and economical nights. I can always trust the hotel to be safe and clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for. When driving through Europe I can pull into any city and look for an Ibis on my GPS and I know I will have a decent night's sleep. I like the 24-hour check in computer kiosk at the front door for when I am running very late. Or I can just log onto their Wi-Fi and book it via booking.com and get myself in the hotel. Ibis Albertville was nice and comfortable with easy and free parking.
