· Far too hot, no privacy for the two double beds, bathroom too dangerous. Hot water comes on half way through shower and burnt my brother-in-law’s back. The flat was far too dirty. We spent a lot of time cleaning it. We cleaned the entire place when leaving. The only comment from the owner was “oh you didn’t dry your dishes”. In fact we would’ve done that too if they had provided kitchen cloths. Overall terrible experience. No sleep at night because too hot. We were 8 people and I had communicated the ages. An extra bed was very important. It was noted they will provide it for free and yet they refused categorically. I need booking.com to confirm to me that mr & Mrs Clemenceau were correct in charging me an additional tax. I thought all was paid through the system. If I needed to pay additional amount, this should have been noted in the contract. ThanksTulayTurkey
