A beautiful old 'Maison de Maitre' in a nice Normandy village. The gardens were lovely and my dog loved roaming them. The room was beautifully decorated and light, with huge windows. The bed was very large, long and comfortable. The TV was big and had lots of channels, including Netflix etc. Bathroom was light and clean. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. There was no charge for the dog which was great. Breakfast was lovely and was served in the garden as the weather was so nice.

L'Ajoussienne was a lovely 19th century house - spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and kindly provided us with some food to cook as we arrived very late due to a fuel strike in France. They also rang around petrol stations for us to locate one that had fuel - which was something of a life saver for our holiday.

Brigitte and Jean-Luc are welcoming and tactful. Their house and yard are beautiful and the breakfast they serve is delicious. But the best thing about Le Pressoir is the absolute calm and silence, broken only by the birds and the church bell in the morning.

Second stay here - easy access to bernay on foot, free parking, lovely pool area, fantastic breakfast. The room we had was perfect for a family of four, massive bedroom, fridge and microwave which are very handy when travelling with toddlers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel
