WE found we could walk from the location to restaurants and sites such as the Bayeux tapestry. The management was friendly and personable. The room was comfortable and surprisingly roomy.

The location was wonderful, we walked to the beaches and Museum. Aramanches has a wonderful history, enjoyed the shops, staff recommended a local restaurant which was wonderful with local dishes and views of the beaches. The morning buffets were delicious, especially loved discovering their Homemade Teurgoule. We later relaxed with wine, cheese and Bread in the outdoor sitting area.

The Novotel Bayeux is situated between Caen and Cherbourg in Normandy. It is just half a mile from the famous Bayeux Tapestry and the historic center of town.
