Small room with harbor view is through one window. Nice though. Since this is a marina, the hotel had a clothes washer and dryer which I was grateful to use. Great place for a bicycle tour stop.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great and location was terrific.

We like Campanile's. Normally very good accommodation and food and ample free parking. However, this one was lacking. It was tired (needed exterior decoration urgently) and room was a bit tired. The air conditioning failed - was faulty ? And there were no hand/grab rails around the bath. At eighty years of age I'm a bit doddery and it's dangerous/precarious for me using the bath. Also all the various switches (in the bathroom - but they shouldn't be for electrical safety reasons) should ideally be outside the bathroom. Trouble is that the engineer/designers of the room facilities/layout are too inexperienced 'young bucks'(?) who are not trained well enough 'by default' to 'design in' safety for old people - Iike me. I appreciate the competition and the serious financial deficits caused by COVID, but please just up your game a little. We will, of course, use Campaniles again. Thanks, Dr Alan, Retired Chartered Engineer, Lawyer and business Tycoon.
