We have a dog and they were so good with her…they were easy going and though our dog barked a lot at the ‘visiting’ cat they were like “ it’s fine, dogs do this” which made us so relaxed.
Other than that they were super friendly to us and were warm and engaging.

Such a friendly welcome. Very peaceful motel with a good restaurant and helpful staff. Large car park with room for the trailer we were towing. Will use this motel again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and the courtyard is lovely - we didn't get much of a chance but it would be nice to sit outside in the sun with a drink.
The chap on the front desk was charming and very helpful, as was the night Porter.
We enjoyed the sauna in the room, but note it does take a good hour to heat up properly! And needed to be switched on by the manager when we arrived, so do ask.

As we were there for only one night, and had to be away fairly early the next morning, it is difficult to give a critical review of Montcavrel. Suffice it to say that it does seem to be a very relaxed and relaxing place to be.
