The location is perfect. Our view from floor 5 was wonderful. The property oozes of charm and history. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The wifi worked well and there is parking on site.

The room was spacious for two of us. Location is excellent as it is very close to the center. Ample parking space as well(at some extra cost though). Check In and staff were good.

The staff were amazing. My car broke down in their carpark and had to stay several extra nights while it was being fixed. Staff were incredibly accommodating and Carine, Amine and Marius were particularly brilliant. They understood the stressful situation I was in and made feel very welcome throughout. They were outstanding. A credit to the ibis team.

the hotel is very central and right next to a metro stop. just 2 stops from the old town and 3 stops from Rouen Rive Droit train station. and it’s very quiet for being literally right next to the Metro. the staff are friendly and helpful.
