Single bedroom in owner's apartment with adjacent private bathroom. Reserved, gated parking spot. Very clean. Good value at 35€ for 1 person in late March. Owner mostly stays in her room when home to give guests privacy but my 15 minute conversation with her was very pleasant and I would have been happy with more interaction. She speaks perfect French and English. Kitchen was accessible but I'm not sure whether guests are intended to have full cooking and use privileges. I just used refrigerator.

The location couldn't be more perfect. The metro station and the tram station is all around. Transportation is super easy. The hotel is nice and clean. I feel secured and comfortable during my stay here. The staff is helpful. The room is large enough for our bagages. Definitely will stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
