Staff was excellent and very polite. English was spoken which helped. Well maintained and beautiful. Room and bed were very comfortable. Has a nice elevator and all amenities needed.

The location is good. Convenient for the village & the Basilica. The building structure is attractive, it needs to be more eye catching & brightening up. Paint, pots of plants. The bed was fine, clean white sheets & comfortable. There is a lack of surfaces & hooks in the bathroom. Difficulty in finding space to put toiletries & no hooks to hang even a shower cap on. Provided by myself. The room rate is very acceptable but it does lack user friendly facilities. The chamber maid/housekeeper does a good job. The reception area could do with more effort in regard to customer service. This may serve student guests but the approach for older categories needs a bit of polishing up.
