Great location just a few steps away from the beach.
Our Ocean front room was way too small. It felt like a closet. The casino is a big draw if that is what you are looking for.

If you just want a bed for the night this property is fine but only if you dont mind listening to your other half in the bathroom - there is no door to the toilet. If your looking for some cooking facilities its not up to scratch. If you like dodgy facilities like a leaking shower door, moping up a wet floor after a shower, a shower fitting that is not fixed to the wall and at waist height then this property is for you.

Beautiful beachside town in the heart of the Brittany coast.
Beautiful beachside town in the heart of the Brittany coast. Coastal town dot this peninsula with great views on a clear day of distant islands, sandy beaches, rocky coves and boat-filled marinas. A great place to take the family for a swim at the beach, a meal at a restaurant or a nights stay.

Liked the atmosphere and the location of the apartment. Everything one needed was close by. Parking was easy. We were there when the weather was not great, but it did not compromise our enjoyment at all.

Perros-Guirec is convenient from which to visit other coastal areas nearby and approximately an hour from Roscoff and Morlaix area to enable visits to the west coast quite easily. We had delicious meals at Le Bleu Marin on both evenings, and also on our visit to the area last year! There are a number of other restaurants in the town, but time did not allow us to try any others!
We had a room with terrasse to the harbour, just perfect. You can sit there, enjoy a beer (good selection of local beers at the reception) and if you like also some food. Or you eat at the excellent restaurant downstairs. The room is not too big, but enough space for two suitcases without blocking anything. Bathroom very good as well. Breakfast selection also very good and also with a view. Private parking behind the hotel.
We had a corner room with two large windows overlooking the beach. The view was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Dinner at the J’oker Restaurant was very good. The Hotel is perfectly located to do trips on the Pink Granite Coast. Car parking was great. The Hotel is very secure with keyed entry to use the elevators so felt very safe.
Excellent location! A perfect combination of the hotel’s historical look and the modern equipment, which satisfies the guests’ enjoyment and offers guests the best convenience!
The Corinne sisters work very hard with all their enthusiasm and knowledge, trying their best to please us guests!
Wonderful memories! Wish I could stay longer!
Room was nice but very small, however we were offered the bigger one when we have arrived but for some additional pay. The hotel was clean and the staff really nice and they spoke perfect english.
Even though the hotel did not have its own parking there was one, free public parking by the hotel.
I like the hotel in general. but I don’t like to pay so more expensive room because I booked by booking. my room so little like in Japan for Euro 194. where the basic room was on the hotel price list between 137 and 163 Eur. I was always thinking that booking had a better price
Handy for us was the carpark right next to the hotel. On a warm summers day around 6 pm day guests start leaving the beach and you can conveniently park next to the hotel, which is right at the beach, commected by stairs and ramps. Very good breakfast with faboulous views.
This hotel is immaculate and in a perfect location to visit the Granite Rose. Guillaume is a perfect host and made our entire stay very enjoyable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was spectacular. There is parking which made our stay perfect.
Nice hotel almost directly at the beach. 10 min walk to the nicest part of the Sentir De Douaniers (lighttower Men Ruz). Good for a walk to sundown.
Hotel is clean and pretty new renovated.
We had a niice stay.
Excellent location, 2 minutes to the beach and the restaurants. Nice Pool and friendly reception staff. If the hotel could be different, but in the same location, would be great... Not a value for money!
The hotel is lovely, the views are AMAZING. The staff is really nice. We had a great time, thank you! We also loved sitting on the beautiful garden's romantic benches watching the sunset.
excellent location with 10m distance from the beach. magnificent view, spacious room, good buffet breakfast on the roof terrace. the hotel restaurant is good too.
