This is a described, a 25 m2 studio which has been lovingly created by the hosts upstairs, within their existing roof space. Access is via private door and parking is free in the drive area of hosts house. Hosts are wonderfully kind and happy to chat and give local info. but respectful that some guests need to be left to themselves. Note the studio albeit small , is a studio! The fold out bed is comfortable, the kitchen area well equipped with dual function microwave ( not separate oven - I managed to bake a gratin dish fine), the bathroom area is curtained off, shower great.. it represents great value to visit amazing Troyes and as the centre of European factory outlet shopping, the studio is walking distance to A huge outlet centre.

No fuss place, good value, was relatively clean and had all that we needed for a quick highway stop. The bed was comfortable, has its own parking area, and some restaurants and a supermarket around. TV with lots of French channels. Had a pretty straightforward automatic check in machine with codes and all. No receptionist/staff after 8pm.
