Our hotel is part of a hotel complex consisting of a restaurant and an open swimming pool. Located on the south coast of the Ile de Re, this hotel is 656 feet from Les Grenettes beach.

Arrived with good faith and paid well in advance 7 months so booking was an old booking, at no point did anyone contact us to say there would be no restaurant or bar, even when we arrived said it Would be open. The front staff did Not care or return our email we gave them a chance to communicate with us. We had to chase cleaning of our room and left rubbish behind, the bathroom smelt Of drains, the pool filters where disgusting, very bad management of staff and checking overall and housekeeping check on cleaning not good standard zero points for customer services. Would not recommend and will not return.
