Good basic fayre. Specious plain comfortable room. Nice invitation with no pressure to share in faith aspects of the convent's life, if desired. Slightly formal feel in some ways, but genuine warmth and friendliness.

The paid staff were very helpful, and there was a really attractive atmosphere of peace. Meals are cafeteria style; good food, jugs of red wine on the tables.
