Busy market town with good all round range of facilities.
Busy market town with good all round range of facilities. Centre of town is dominated by the road junction, which is a main crossroads for heavy traffic during the day. Wednesday is market day and the summer market is big and varied. Good place to stop for a night and close to many attractions, including the Normandy monuments from WW2.AAnonymousUnited Kingdom

Comfortable beds although our room was facing the road and a tad noisy, but we just put the outer shutters down. Breakfast was lovely, and fine dining dinner which I wasn't expecting, but, was very very nice! I wouldn't stay in the town again unless on a cycle trip (we were cycling the Petit Tour De Manche), but bikes stored in a garage - yes, it was open, but, we locked our bikes up in the garage and they were secure enough for us.

The chef even kindly agreed to leave a little rhubarb for me to have with breakfast the next morning. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The 'superior' room had a recently renovated bathroom and comfortable bed. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the bike route we were following - secure storage was provided.

The restaurant offered one of the BEST meals we’ve had in France! The chef is incredible and the food unbelievable! Julie was an exceptional hostess for the afternoon and evening. And Natalia was lovely and kind and very helpful! We didn’t want to leave!

We arrived wet & cold on our bikes and they provided us with a hose to wash the bikes and they washed & dried our kit overnight. So welcome at the end of a hard day's cycling.
