Hotel very clean throughout (although note no housekeeping on a Sunday). Tea making facilities in room. Safe in room. Bed was comfy and linen good quality. Decent sized bathroom (we stayed in 43). Good sized balcony. Not the best view but nice to have some outside space. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice good and plentiful in a nice breakfast area.

The hotel was in a great location a short distance from the train station which was perfect. It was lovely and clean and smelt lovey and fresh. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast staff was very helpful. The breakfast was all lovely and fresh. Lovely gesture left in the room for my birthday which was really much appreciated. Little things like this make your stay more enjoyable.
