The apartment was centrally located with private parking at the rear. The apartment was clean with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. There was plenty of room for my family of four. We enjoyed the secure outdoor space in the evenings for games and drinks.

Perfect town to base yourself for cycling many bucket list climbs though a car is handy to drive to Aple d'Huez and Bessens for other climbs. Still don't get why France shuts down from 12.30 on a Sunday as there are so many good restaurants but not opened when really needed. A small working town with limited tourism influence. There is a lot of industry in this area, but this is overshadowed by the beauty of the natural surroundings, so much so you can almost forget it is there. The surrounding areas are a haven for cycling enthusiasts with many many iconic climbs to test your stamina.

We had a secure place to keep our bicycles, the apartment was very clean and very well appointed. We were able to cook and were able to wash and dry our clothes. Although not in a picturesque area of the town, it was very quiet and we enjoyed the open space around the apartment. it was easy for us to walk to the town and to the supermarket and bike shop.

And together with the staff a solution was found so we could still sleep in the hotel. They were thoughtful and really nice. The room was also very clean. And the beds were comfy.
