As with all French villages they are all quite small with little in the way of commerce, so you need a car but within a short drive there are several restaurants to suit all budgets - best to check websites for open times - by the river, in one of the châteaux or in one of the nearby villages. A short drive away in Vélines is a small supermarket & fuel station and in Moncaret there is a boulangère with a fresh fruit & veg stall. A great place to stay - about an hour from Bergerac or Bordeaux airports, central for day trips to the lovely nearby towns & villages - St Foy, Duras & Issignac for weekly markets. Mosegur has night market in the summer and St Emillon, the famous wine village also great for an evening meal and stroll.
