We booked this as overnight stay heading south as we wanted to take D-roads rather than highways. Hotel has amazing restaurant, well worth trying it out for dinner and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well.

The chateau is drop-dead gorgeous. Our room was large and high-ceilinged, with beautiful tall windows overlooking the grounds and pool, and a lovely bathroom with claw-foot tub. I walked the grounds at sunset — incredible!
The staff was desirous to please, and so nice and helpful.

What a wonderful experience! Our room was spacious, with everything we needed, including a large bathtub. Don’t miss their incredible dinner…it is a must ( and it has gotten the nod from Michelin). The owners were friendly and accommodating, and excited that we were their first guests from the USA. They speak very little English, but our basic French got us along just fine. Their elegant little country inn also has a taste of funk, with Elvis and Ray Charles LPs played on an old phonograph at dinner, and old musical instruments tucked in the corners of the dining room. The view of mountains and countryside is stunning—altogether an experience not to be missed.
