The location is good. Convenient for the village & the Basilica. The building structure is attractive, it needs to be more eye catching & brightening up. Paint, pots of plants. The bed was fine, clean white sheets & comfortable. There is a lack of surfaces & hooks in the bathroom. Difficulty in finding space to put toiletries & no hooks to hang even a shower cap on. Provided by myself. The room rate is very acceptable but it does lack user friendly facilities. The chamber maid/housekeeper does a good job. The reception area could do with more effort in regard to customer service. This may serve student guests but the approach for older categories needs a bit of polishing up.

We loved the location, room, building and restaurant. The chef is so good at creating beautiful and very tasty dishes with local ingredients. I will be back again when we visit that part of France again.

This was a lovely chateau style hotel in a beautiful setting. The building feels historic and has a great atmosphere. The restaurant is particularly good, and though space in the restaurant is limited the hotel manages this with two sittings to ensure no guests are disappointed.
