1. No knives or forks so dont expect to eat in your room. No bottle opener, 2 towels only - nobody cleaned the room whilst we were there (3 days) but you still have to pay 33 euros for cleaning - and the cheek of it is the tell you to leave it as you found it or you may get a bad rating!! 2. Have to use an online app for access to the room - but 1st you have to register with the software site and give them a copy of your passport and then take a photo !!! when you get there just hope your phone isnt flat (or at any time) as you wont get in and then expect to pay extras for cleaning, access and managenet - 62 euros whilst your locked out of the room. 3. booking.com should not be showing this in searches as the price you see is obviously not the full price !!!! sort it booking.com !!!
