Location was fine, breakfast was a cold tray in your room the day before so nothing fancy but OK.
Room and bathroom where a resonable size and very clean but the bath towels could do with being larger.
Put off by ear plugs but it appears that was a left over from a noisy take away opposite that no longer exists so no problem for us ( Out of Season)

The location was beautiful, spotlessly clean and so warm inside the cabin given the time of year. Good facilities compact but everything you need provided. Would come back again no question, hosts nothing to much trouble at easily contactable when I needed any help or had any questions

We didn't really look around Abererch, because we had a two night stay for a wedding, but it was pleasantly quiet without being dead (apart from the graveyard at the back of the house !).
Nant Gwrtheyrn is worth visiting if you have transport and time.
