Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the estuary. Very nice for relaxing and enjoying the water and weather. We were given a room upgrade too.

After reading the reviews it doesn’t surprise us that their description is misleading as so many customers have complained re the same subject. The only thing that saved our stay was the restaurant staff that always had a smile and were ready and happy to give a great service.
