Very happy with my full English breakfast, nicely cooked and tasty, as much tea and toast as I wanted, with a good range of jams and marmalade. I had the biggest, and very spacious bedroom with a nice view, comfortable bed, hot radiator, TV with access to Netflix etc, good Wifi in both room and downstairs in the pub. Shared shower and toilet, was clean, with piping hot water. Free parking in the car park behind the pub. I had very friendly conversations with both the landlord and staff, and was made very welcome. I'd come back again.

Everything was great from staff check in /out. Rooms were fully equipped. Bathroom clean with towels. A welcome pack of tea / coffee / toilet rolls / milk sachets etc was lovely. The lane leading to the Country club is a one car only with planting of passing bays for oncoming cars . Beautiful grounds and quiet surroundings . My £100 holding fee was cancelled in a day or 2 of leaving . Everything was as we wanted and expected for our stay .

We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom cabin rather than the booked one bedroom in the main block. At first I was hesitant, but the cabin was very well planned and had modern bathrooms.
The highlight was our own private balcony facing south which was a pleasure to sit outside on

It is a lovely quiet haven at Wychnor.
It is a lovely quiet haven at Wychnor. Near enough to access easily lots of attractions available in the locality. Very pretty area but only a few minutes drive to main towns and shops etc if required such as Burton or Lichfield. There is something for everyone in the surrounding area. Cotswolds, Wedgwood pottery, Golf courses, Nightlife, outlet shopping stores, childrens activities. etc.
You preferably need a car as the bus runs only once an hour.
Lovely pub Crown Inn at Alrewas.
