Independent shops and choice of 3 supermarkets.

Independent shops and choice of 3 supermarkets. Recommend staying at Laird's House or if not, book a table at their restaurant. Bedlington is ideally placed for visiting coastal villages of Tynemouth, Amble and Alnmouth. Morpeth and Newcastle are in easy reach. You can take in a show at the Tyne Theatre and Opera House in Newcastle. Cramlington is very near with a retail outlet.

I love that Bedlington is in the heart of northeast and with in minutes you are on the coastal route or driving into Newcastle city centre .. loads to do and as a Geordie who moved away decades ago the Northeast will always be home … it’s a border county and within an hour or less you are in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 .. the town of Bedlington has everything you need and if not hop on a bus £2 single fare in place .. The locals are friendly and most have a ‘wicked’ sense of humour ..

The hotel style and décor, the bar and restaurant area, the room with a nice view, It was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and polite. The only down side so to speak was the room was a little over crowed with large furniture and the bathroom was the same. But this would not stop me from staying again.

It's a nice house, very clean and tidy, with lots of space and very functional. With 4-double bedrooms and a total of 5-double beds (allowing up to 10-guest bed spaces) and a large functional kitchen/dining area, the property offers good value to larger parties. However, the living room only provides seating for a max. 5-guests, so you may have to improvise (i.e. use dining chairs), which can become a little uncomfortable if staying for longer periods. The area looked a little tired but was very quiet. There is a train station near to the property but I didn't notice any noise at all and there is a great little convenience store nearby. Easy access to A-roads!

The rooms were super clean, comfortable and warm.

The rooms were super clean, comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well furnished. The wifi was really fast. And my children had so much fun playing around because the space was safe for children. We felt sad leaving the apartment because It felt like home. And Zowie was so kind, considerate and prompt with her responses to queries. Great place for a family getaway 🥰
