Rooms are of a good standard. Arrived after dark, opened the curtains in the morning for a full view down the back straight of the racecourse, doesn't get much better than that. Didn't have the breakfast.

The overall look at the property was absolutely fine breakfast was also good but my only comment was the reception lady was not very good at all not very welcoming not professional
