The room was excellent, dinner was fine and breakfast was disappointing as there weren’t enough staff on duty. My daughter’s scrambled egg was cold and we didn’t see anyone to tell. We mentioned it at checkout and the lady didn’t apologise

We loved the hotel, the room was really comfortable! The restaurant was perfect, they dealt with my dairy intolerance really easily! There was nothing I wanted but couldn't have! Breakfast was delicious and Julia was very kind and helpful. Beautiful old building in a quiet side street but within walking distance of the town center. We had a spacious family room which worked well for us and our three young children. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very good location - very convenient for Dartmouth and a pleasant walk to nearby picturesque village and pub and further on to the lovely Blackpool Sands. The hosts were very welcoming with an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The room was clean, quiet and very good value for the price.
